This notice covers the information you give us when you enter a giveaway or fill out a form on this site. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

When you enter a giveaway, we collect your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address if you choose to give one. We also record the date and time you entered and, if you checked the marketing consent box, the exact wording of what you agreed to.

Why we collect it

• To run the giveaway — confirm you're eligible, prevent duplicate entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
• To keep a record of who agreed to receive marketing messages, and what they agreed to.
• To market to you about vehicles, service, and promotions from Priced Right Auto Group and our related businesses, including Revive Collision, Midwest Truck & Tire, and Priced Right Oil Change.

We do not sell your information

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't hand your entry list to other dealerships, lead brokers, or data companies.

We do use service providers to run our business — for example, the company that hosts our database, our email and text messaging platforms, and advertising platforms we use to reach our own customers. These providers only handle your information to perform work for us, and they aren't permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Marketing and how to stop it

Entering a giveaway does not sign you up for texts or calls. That's a separate, optional checkbox, and you can enter and win without checking it.

If you did consent to texts, reply STOP to any message and we'll stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

To opt out of email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. To opt out of everything, contact us using the details below.

Advertising

We may use your information to show you ads from Priced Right Auto Group on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google. This is done through those platforms' own advertising tools. You can control what you see using the ad settings inside each platform.

How long we keep it

We keep giveaway entries as long as we need them to run and document the promotion, and to maintain our customer records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Getting your information removed

Email info@pricedrightauto.org or call 616.319.9825 and tell us you want your information removed. We'll take care of it.

Children

This site and our giveaways are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
